  - For training, please bring boxing gloves (14oz or 16oz recommended), at least two pairs of hand wraps, running sneakers, and optional shin guards and a mouth guard. Additionally, don't forget sunscreen, bug spray, a bathing suit, and comfortable training clothing.

3. **Is there a minimum or maximum age limit for participants?**
  - Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. There is no maximum age limit; participants of all ages are welcome.

  - While travel insurance is not mandatory, we strongly recommend it to protect your investment and provide coverage in case of unforeseen circumstances.
